The International Race of Champions started with good intentions, but by it’s demise at the conclusion of 2006 descended into what was merely an exhibition race featuring miscellaneous North American oval drivers. While younger NASCAR fans will undoubtedly remember the admittedly slick-looking Pontiac Firebird body style, IROC ran a variety of different spec cars over the years, most of which have made their way into NASCAR Racing 2003 Season. Project Wildfire was responsible for the original mod depicting the final few stanzas of the TrueValue/Crown Royal IROC era, but other community members have taken it upon themselves to complete the eras in which the Camaro Z28 and Dodge Daytona were campaigned.
